By submitting a custom design order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Artwork & Editing: Customer-submitted artwork may be resized, cropped, repositioned, or otherwise adjusted as necessary to achieve the best print result. Minor production adjustments do not require additional approval. Defivision is not responsible for spelling, wording, image quality, color selections, or other information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Image Quality: The quality of the finished product is dependent upon the quality and resolution of the artwork provided. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly formatted images may produce lower-quality results.

Artwork Rights: By uploading or requesting the use of an image, logo, photograph, phrase, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it. Defivision reserves the right to decline any custom order that may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.

Colors & Placement: Colors displayed on phones, computers, and other screens may vary slightly from the actual printed garment. Print size and placement may also vary slightly based on garment size, style, and production requirements.

Production & Delivery: Custom orders normally require 1–3 business days for production, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for U.S. shipping. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping-carrier delays and circumstances outside of Defivision's control are not considered production errors.

Changes & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible. Once production has begun, an order cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns & Refunds: Because custom products are created specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect customer selections, sizing choices, or errors in information/artwork submitted by the customer. If Defivision makes an error in production or you receive a defective product, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
