Yes, depending on the design type and revisions. Cost for designs is $13.95, which can be used on any product. Limit is (2) revisions, 3-day delivery, and a source file that belongs to you! Any additional cost will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. However, you must stick to the theme of defivision (definition/vision). Ex. An image of family along with a definition of “folks”, “family”, “lineage”, etc. Same with graduation; “graduate”, “scholar”, “valedictorian”, etc.
Unfortunately, Defivision cannot accept any garments besides the ones we distribute.
Defivision uses brands that are both economical and of good quality. Brands such a Bella Canvas, Gildan, Champion, Stanley/Stella and more.
Absolutely! Products are added on a daily basis. If you don’t see a certain product, simply send us an email at orders@defivision-wear.com and give us your interest.
It’s your decision and can be made at the time your order is placed. Design will be added to our website 30 days upon delivery.
Unfortunately, custom designs can only be applied to Tshirts, Hoodie, Long Sleeve Tee, Canvas, and Phone Covers at this time.
Currently, we’re sticking with our niche of DTG (Direct To Garment) printing and limited embroidery.
No minimum orders. You can customize a single Tshirt or multiple items to complete that “one of a kind” outfit!
The product is made especially for YOU! Making products on demand rather than bulk reduces overproduction and being stuck with unwanted inventory.
Defivision reserves the right to decline a custom design if it should not meet our standards. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Fulfilling an order can take 1-2 business days depending on the size of the order. Fulfilling doesn’t start until the approval of Custom Design. Keep in mind that shipping is not included in this timeframe. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on the location.
Yes, you can change or cancel an order as long as it has not been fulfilled

There is a 14 day Return Policy with the exception of Custom Designs. We will honor exchanges for size and quality issues along with a $7.99 handling fee.

No. If you want to store your custom proofs, you can create an account and upload custom proofs for future orders.
